Concierge Security is our specialty.

Our concierge security staff are trained in hospitality and customer service as well as holding a Certificate 3 or 4 in Security. Adding hospitality training to our concierge guard’s skill set means they understand the important customer interaction role they undertake.

Our concierge guards are trained, and regularly refreshed, in frontline service skills. Our Operations Managers also deliver on-the-job training for all guards to maintain the high standards we demand of staff in this important client-facing role.

Personal presentation is of the utmost importance. All our guards are required to remain well dressed at all times to maintain the image of your prestige property. To ensure service standards are maintained at all times, all staff are required to be fluent in all matters of your site’s policies and procedures and we conduct random spot tests to ensure staff remain well versed.

All guards are measured against stringent KPI’s which we report on as required by our clients. We ensure our service standards continually improve and work with our clients to set increasingly challenging KPIs on an annual basis.

Our commitment to customer service and productivity is what separates our service from that of our competitors. All guards, once attaining our expected performance level and deployed to a site, are provided further up skilling and training opportunities as part of our staff development program. This ensures our concierge guards do not become stagnant and are continually striving to provide improved services at your facility.
