Keeping known trouble makers out of your retail centres will play a major role in securing your retail site. Maintaining a database of barred individuals and interested persons helps our retail security officers prevent the onset of incidents before they occur. Review and analysis of records and data allows for patterns to be identified and treatments to be put in place to reverse adverse trends.

Our retail security guards can also perform induction training for contractors as well as BMS and CCTV monitoring for your retail centre, removing the need for you to employ multiple staff to undertake these roles.

Being trained in first aid, our guards can also provide first-on-site first aid should an retail employee or customer be injured at your site, providing vital support until emergency medical support arrives.

Our tracking software provides you with proof and verification that our mobile patrols are on your site when they are supposed to be there to secure your assets. Our clients are provided with weekly, monthly and annual reports on site visitations as proof of services delivered.

Alarm response times are always met in timeframes well below industry average. All patrol guards are measured against stringent KPI’s that do not tolerate below standard performance.
Our vehicles play an important visual deterrent role in maintaining security for your assets to protect and prevent incidents from occurring. All patrol vehicles are heavily branded to reinforce that security is present at your site.

When conducting site lock-up services, all site keys and swipe cards are protected in a secured holding case which is exclusive to Davki. The case consists of a six bar combination lock, with titanium and galvanized steel attachments, to keep your keys and swipes safe. Outside patrolling hours the case, with its keys and swipes, is securely locked in a safe at an undisclosed location.

All mobile patrol vehicles are the latest model Toyota Yaris which is amongst the most environmentally friendly vehicles on the market today.  We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible in all of our operations, as detailed in our Environmental and Sustainability Policy.

Our concierge security staff are trained in hospitality and customer service as well as holding a Certificate 3 or 4 in Security. Adding hospitality training to our concierge guard’s skill set means they understand the important customer interaction role they undertake.

Our concierge guards are trained, and regularly refreshed, in frontline service skills. Our Operations Managers also deliver on-the-job training for all guards to maintain the high standards we demand of staff in this important client-facing role.

Personal presentation is of the utmost importance. All our guards are required to remain well dressed at all times to maintain the image of your prestige property. To ensure service standards are maintained at all times, all staff are required to be fluent in all matters of your site’s policies and procedures and we conduct random spot tests to ensure staff remain well versed.

All guards are measured against stringent KPI’s which we report on as required by our clients. We ensure our service standards continually improve and work with our clients to set increasingly challenging KPIs on an annual basis.
